STATEMENT
On November 1, 2009 my dad ran across an article about LOCAL RAW
HONEY. During the summer of 2009 dad wondered why allergies stopped
bothering him. He concluded it must have been the honey he ate a year
before. My dad has some great ideas and his HONEY find sparked a
renewed interest in developing my nutritional habits for greater competitive
advantage. Truthfully my allergies have caused me to droop and drag
some in past summers. I really wonder if playing next season with added
zip and energy will actually translate into strokes. This is my new regimen:

Wild Salmon Oil 400mg Active EPA/DHA for Omega-3 Fatty Acid
(perhaps just marketing hype but Salmon Oil is billed as more potent and
pure than regular fish oil)
Vitamin World Super Strength Multi-Enzyme Formula - a digestive aid for
Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates
Nutrition Now PB 8 - Pro-Biotic Acidophilus for Life - 14 billion of 8
different good digestive bacteria per capsule - must be refrigerated after
opening since they are live cultures - ELIMINATED since some sources
say all bacteria and more are found in all raw honies
